Before getting together with you I really had no idea of what to expect during a initial registration audit and even though you were able to help me see the forest through the trees I only got a couple hours of sleep before the first audit day. I was up and working at 3:00AM just to calm my nerves. We were ready. If it hadn't been for your help we would still be trying to get off home plate by trying to perfect our system before going through the registration process but a lot of that was due to the horrible experience that we went through when they had DNV perform a Stop Gap audit. I was pretty sure that we were ready and I firmly believe that hiring Jet Specs and skipping the Gap Audit was the right thing to do based on the QMS reviews that we had received to date.
