Being able to relate work task to instructions can be time consuming and interpreting these often led to misguided efforts, costing time and money JetSpecs manuals are titled to the exact numbering of the standard circulating down to processes, procedures, forms and documents which enable clear precise information that is easily understood.

All documents can be easily edited using MS Word or Excel.

Processes include all work steps, decision points, authority points, along with the objective’s of the process its targets and means of self audit.

Simplified mapping shows the interactions of processes to the requirements of the standard relating to the Core Process.

Duties Responsibilites

JetSpecs has mastered the dreaded Duties and Responsibilities section of manuals. By assigning duties and responsibilities on the process flow charts it becomes faster and easier to identify ownership with the Duties and Responsibilities signature sheet.

Communication is the key for implementation

Updates are generated via a detailed log which is maintained, updated, and distributed throughout the scope of the project. This log identifies inputs, outputs, ownership and due dates.
